The advantages of SUNOTE tyres

Materials

Natural rubber:SUNOTE tyres produce with first class natural Thiland STR20 rubber,compared with Malaysia,Vietnam rubber,STR20 have lower impurity,which guarantee a better Banbury & vulcanization effectiveness.Natural rubber rate:50%.

Steel:BEKAERT steel import from Belgium.

Carbon black:Cabot from USA, China black cat brand.

SUNOTE tyre is much heavier than china general brand which cost much more raw materials.

Banbury mixer:KOBELCO 620 from Japan.

Extruding machine:China famous SAI XIANG technology from Tianjin city.

Calender: ERCOLE brand from Italy and KRUPP from Germany,equipped with Honeywell  laser thickness gauge,which guarantee rubber parts join steel tightly.

Cutting machine:Fisher from Germany.100 years life under nomal using situation.

Building machine:VMI from Netherlands,Reduce the chance of tyre swelling,but production cost will increase.

vulcanizing machine:China top quality vulcanizing machine from Guilin city.Equipped with Germany Festo air cylinder & 

Schneider electrical apparatus element.

Tyre pattern features:

Long distance and highway pattern,Rib pattern,tread depth usually from 12-17mm,like trailer pattern.

Middle and short distance pattern,uaually lug pattern,better drive ability,tread depth usually from 18.5-22mm.

Mine pattern:short distance pattern,low speed,tread depth usually at least 23mm.

Kindly note that,tyre section width is different from the width which get connection with groud during driving.If tyre too wider,it will cost too much fuel.middle-lower part of tyre side wall will break if under too much pressure.If tyre too narrow,then middle-upper part of tyre side wall will break if under too much pressure.

Tire sidewall should be thin, better heat dissipation ability, the steel of tyre sidewall should be very strong.

Three major factors affecting quality: raw materials,equipment,production condition management.

Rubber parts need to dry after calender,drying time will affect tyre quality if drying time too long or too short.

vulcanizing time, 40 minutes for small models, large models 50-60 minutes

Vulcanizing temperature:150 degree centigrade
